Yunli was the daughter of my friend Daifang. 

I only met Yunli twice, but I had heard of all her stories and achievements while taking with her mother.  The close contact between Yunli and I developed through many telephone calls after she was sick.  At that time we were both receiving chemotherapy for cancer.  Except her family member, I might be the only person who knew how much Yunli fought against the cancer. 

For most people, she is a beautiful, sweet girl.  However, she was also a brave warrior in the frontline in this fight.  She received cyber knife radiation treatment, chemotherapy, and later IL-2 immune therapy.  She also participated in Qi Gong practice, Chinese herb medicine, and acupuncture. 

Although these treatments failed, Yunli was the winner.  She won the love of all of us, the respect of her friends, classmates and teachers.

Our lives are like books; they may be long, or short.  Although we are deeply sorry that Yunli’s life was too short, every page of her life was bright, colorful, and impressive. 

I do not feel that Yunli is gone.  She is sunshine, wind, rain and snow with us all the time.

韵力是我朋友代芳的女儿。

我只见过韵力两次，但和她母亲一起旅行时，我听说过她的所有故事和成就。韵力生病后，我们通过多次电话联系建立了密切的联系。当时我们都在接受癌症化疗。除了她的家人，我可能是唯一一个知道云莉与癌症抗争的人。

对大多数人来说，她是一个美丽、可爱的女孩。然而，她也是这场斗争中勇敢的前线战士。她接受了射波刀（CyberKnife）放射治疗、化疗，后来又接受了 IL-2 免疫治疗。她还参加了气功练习、中药和针灸。

虽然这些治疗都失败了，但韵力是胜利者。她赢得了我们所有人的爱，赢得了朋友、同学和老师的尊重。

我们的生命就像书，可能很长，也可能很短。虽然我们为韵力的生命太短而深感遗憾，但她生命的每一页都是明亮、多彩和令人印象深刻的。

我并不觉得韵力已经走了。她是我们始终陪伴的阳光、风、雨、雪。
